Mango Chilli Syrupy Slices
Dietary: vegan and wheat free
Ingredients:
1 large mango, peeled and sliced
2 tbsps sugar or jaggery
1 tbsp water
juice of ½ lime
¼ tsp chilli flakes
Method:
Heat the sugar and the water in a large frying pan, when the sugar has dissolved, sprinkle over the chilli flakes and place the mango slices in the pan, when the sauce starts to caramelise pour over the lime juice and take off the heat.
