Healthy Vegetarian Cooking

Healthy eating is popular, we all want to do it (who wouldn’t) but why do we all struggle? Is it because there is so much confusing, contradictory and misleading information about what makes the "perfect" diet?

This course will start with simple principles of healthy eating. We will relate these to how we eat and will set out basic easy to follow rules to make sure your own eating is as healthy as possible. We will cook 10 nutritious dishes and show you how delicious food can be even with no salt, sugar, dairy or wheat. We will finish with a late lunch of colourful tasty food eaten around a large table. This course is taken by Christopher Robbins, medical herbalist & nutritionist.
