Food & Wine Fusion Style
This day will be split between cooking & wine tasting. You will start with preparing & cooking 6 dishes to match the wines. The menu will be Australasian.
Matching wine with food is tricky, especially with spicy & chilli hot foods, often one grabs a cold beer as the solution.
Rebecca Mitchell with many years experience in wine tasting, judging & leading wine tours with Arblaster & Clarke will show us how delicious wine can be with spicy food. She will demystify the art of wine tasting, explain all about organic & biodynamic wine, how wine is made & what to look for when choosing wine. You will taste & drink 6 different wines, (as many as possible will be organic & biodynamic) with the chosen dishes. Best to leave the car at home for this course!
