Eastern Europe Easter Treats

This new course is inspired by the cuisine of Eastern Europe from Poland to The Ukraine, Russia, Hungary and Croatia. Eastern European food is rooted in using the best seasonal vegetables, fruits, speciality grains and fresh flavours.

We will focus on traditional and modern recipes from Eastern Europe as well as our own meat-free versions of classic dishes. The course will feature berries, blinis and borscht alongside Eastern European main dishes, bread and sweets. You will learn how to make delicious Pierogi (Polish filled dumplings),Pashka (traditional Russian cheesecake which is made to celebrate Easter) as well as seasonal vegetable side dishes and salads.

The day will involve demonstrations and hands on cooking with our experienced chef tutors. We will finish the day with a three course meal with organic wines.
