Weaning your baby, coping with a fussy toddler or do you have a child who has decided overnight to be a vegetarian?
Jo Ingleby, a new mum herself will be guiding you through the ups and downs, tricks and short cuts she has learnt in feeding her child nourishing vegetarian food.
She will teach you lots of tips on weaning, which foods to choose, which to avoid and how to make sure your child has all the nutrients he or she needs, especially important for children on a dairy free or vegan diet.
Jo is very keen to involve children from an early age in preparing food and most importantly eating all together. There will be lots of simple recipes that both children and adults will relish.
You will learn how to make irresistible healthy snacks, what to include in the lunch box. There will be information on where to buy organic food and how to grow your own.
This is a hands on course with recipes that adults will enjoy too, it is for parents only, a day to recharge your batteries, share experiences, cook together and share a delicious lunch with organic wine.
