Our experienced chef tutors will guide you through the basics of knife skills, bread and pastry making, sauces, cooking techniques and how to plan a balanced vegetarian diet. Tips on what to keep in your store cupboard, what freezes well and how to make simple food colourful, tasty and healthy.

The day is packed full of tips and ideas for simple but impressive vegetarian meals which can be prepared by even the most novice cook.
