Young Chefs
This course is for young people aged from 10-16 who are keen to learn new cookery skills. You will work in groups depending on age and ability.
The day will build confidence and ability in the kitchen and ensure that the participants are encouraged and inspired to cook for themselves and all the family.
During the day we will prepare a variety of our favourite dishes from around the World, which are bound to impress everyone. You will learn basic bread making skills, dishes such as stews, authentic curries or tagines, tasty pasta dishes, stir fries and of course delicious puddings, muffins or cookies. The recipes will vary and change with the seasons.
We will eat what we make throughout the day, and if there is anything left, you will get to take home your creations. All the recipes we cook from during the day will be provided and yours to take home.
£45 per person from 10am until 1.00pm.
