Yotam Ottolenghi's Middle Eastern Flavours

This day with Ottolenghi is now Full,we do have a Masterclass with Ghalid Assyb on Saturday 16th July, he is one of the founder chefs at Ottolenghi and shares the fantastic style of modern Middle Eastern/North African cooking.

Come and spend a whole day with Yotam Ottolenghi, with demonstration and hands on cooking. 

He needs little introduction, has written two of my favourite cookbooks, Ottolenghi Cookbook and Plenty, Serves the best modern take on Middle Eastern Food at Ottolenghi restaurants in London.

You will cook recipes such as Braised eggs with, potato, tahini, yoghurt and sumac, Freekeh pilaf, Roasted aubergine with a sharp salsa of walnut, pomegranate and coriander, Kohlrabi and white cabbage slaw with lemon zest, tarragon, dill and sesame seeds, Char-grilled squash with labneh and pickled walnut salsa, Saffron rice with barberries, pistachio and mixed herbs, Mashed beetroot with yoghurt and za’atar, Char-grilled fennel with feta, red onion, sumac and dill, and for dessert Plum, grappa and hazelnut trifle & Chestnut, fig and chocolate bar.

We will cook and eat with organic wines to match.

This day will be the Autumn highlight and numbers will be limited to 16.

 This full day masterclass with Yotam costs £175 per person
