Winter Foods Evening Workshop

Winter is a time for using beans, pulses and spices to create hearty, warming dishes. We will make a delicious Warm Winter salad with seasonal vegetables and a hearty stew of Borlotti Beans, Chestnuts and Mushrooms. Winter is also a time for comfort food so we will finish with a naughty but nice Sticky Toffee Pudding with hot Toffee Sauce.

This workshop is a combination of demonstration and hands on work and we will finish the session by eating all that we have made, accompanied by delicious organic wines or soft drinks. At the end of the workshop you will be given a folder of all the recipes we have made to take home.

The evening workshops are a great evening out and we anticipate them selling fast so book now to secure your place.

Cost: £45 per person from 6.30pm-9pm
