Gourmet and vegan are too often words that aren’t seen together, with vegans offered nothing more than a bowl of beans or highly processed substitute products to imitate “real” food.
Come and join us and we will cook an exciting gourmet vegan menu, packed with vegan tips. We will show how to use the best quality local seasonal produce to create vegan food that emphasises what is best about the vegetables and fruits on offer and how to combine them to create healthy, nutritious and delicious dishes.
The day will involve lots of hands on cooking as well as demonstrations and knife skills. There will be several breaks for tasting and we will finish the day with a late lunch that we have made during the day accompanied with organic wines or juices.
At the end of the day you will be given a pack of recipes with lots of tips to take home so that you can re-create the recipes at home.
