Thai Evening Class
Spend an evening from 6.30pm till 9pm learning to use authentic Thai spices, chillies and ingredients and cook exciting vegetarian Thai food.
Thai cuisine is one of the most vibrant and interesting foods in the world with its delicate balance of flavours and fresh, healthy, ingredients. For the vegetarian food lover we make an alternative to traditional fish sauce and recreate Thai dishes without meat or fish.
During the evening you will learn how to balance the essential flavours of Thai food, how to prepare the essential herbs and spices and how to achieve the perfect flavour at home.
We will make a very quick Pad Thai to start, then a Thai Red Curry with fragrant rice, Spring Rolls and Nam Prik Pao-chilli dipping Sauce.
The evening is a mixture of demonstration and some hands on.
During the evening you will be given tasters of the dishes made and at he end a main meal with specially selected organic wine or fruit juice. You will be given a recipe file of all the dishes made so you can recreate them at home.
