South American Evening Workshop
The food of South America represents a vast combination of influences, traditions and techniques. In this evening class we will introduce some classic South American dishes and teach you how to make them at home. Our menu will include Vegetable Ceviche, Patacones (fried Plantain), Aji (hot sauce), a delicious Brazilian Squash Stew with Tomato and Fruit Salsa, Quinoa, and Arepas (Corn Bread).
This evening will be a mixture of demonstration and some hands on cooking with lots of tips, talking and tasting.
At the end of the session we will share a meal of all the dishes we have made served with selected organic wines and juices. You will receive a folder of all of the recipes made so you can recreate them at home.
