Seasonal Sumptious Sunday

Join Rachel & Helen on our Seasonal Sumptious Weekend, come for both days or either the Saturday or Sunday.

This is an opportunity to get an inside look into Bath’s local produce as well as having a fun weekend learning new recipes and skills.

On Sunday, we will be taking everyone up to visit our very special organic grower Jo Edwards at Castle Farm who has been supplying us with beautiful organic fruit, leaves, vegetables and edible flowers for over 5 years.  We will have the opportunity to experience her produce first hand, to tour around her market garden and pick her produce to take back to the kitchen for cooking in the afternoon.

This is an opportunity to gather ingredients to put straight onto the plate, as well as gathering organic growing tips and will be of particular interest to home vegetable growers.

Back in the kitchen we will cook from the produce you choose, using our own seasonal recipes. With Chef Helen Lawrence you will learn the skills necessary to produce quick delicious vegetarian food using only local seasonal produce.

This is the course for those who want to discover the produce Bath has to offer, as well as for those who want to be inspired to eat more seasonally, locally or organically.

The course runs from 9 to 4pm on each day.

£125 per day.
