One Pot Cooking - Soups and Stews

Start the year with our warming nourishing one pot evening workshop, learn to make delicious and healthy dishes which you can recreate at home.

The evening will include demonstrations and some hands on cooking with lots of tips and cooking techniques for making interesting and tasty soups, stews and one pot dishes.

The recipes we will cover are full of flavour and can be cooked quickly or as a slow cooked meal-whichever suits your lifestyle! We will share our secrets of how to make one pot meals more interesting and how to make the perfect vegetarian stock.

We will cook dishes such as a thick Moroccan Harrira Soup, Vietnamese Noodles and Chestnut and Mushroom Stew with dumplings. The evening will include tasters, demonstrations and some hands on cooking with a focus on perfecting your knife skills.

During the evening you will be given tasters of the dishes made and a main meal with specially selected organic wine or fruit juice. You will be given a recipe file of all the dishes made so you can recreate them at home.
