No time to cook - Fast and delicious

This is one of our most popular courses offering fast, seasonal and easy to make food.

What we will cook will depend on what is in season and the vegetables we can source locally from our suppliers Eades and Castle Farm. 

In Spring and Summer we wil make seasonal dishes such as Irish Soda bread with a Broad Bean Bissara, Italian Spinach Balls with Salsa verde, Feta & Pea Filo Triangles, Summer Vegtable Puffs, Quinoa Salad, an Asparagus frittata or quick Polenta with Ciambotta, with a Rhubarb or Gooseberry fool or White Chocolate, Strawberry and Mint, Rosewater Trifles.

The day will include at least ten dishes and will include lots of tasting. The course involves a mixture of demonstrations and hands on cookery in small groups, and is led by our experienced chef tutors who can answer all of your quick cooking questions.

We will also focus on essential and unusual store cupboard ingredients, how to achieve a balanced vegetarian diet and chefs tips to save time and increase your confidence in the kitchen.

We will cook & eat as we go along and finish with a late lunch with organic wine.
