Middle Eastern Evening Workshop
This evening class will introduce the spices, flavours and delicious cooking of the Middle East with a selection of our favourite recipes.
We will make a Zataar spice blend, Fatayer pastries filled with Broad Beans and Feta, Chak-Chouka and a delicious Freekah and Herb Salad.
Middle Eastern cookery uses abundant fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables-a perfect cuisine for the British summertime.
This evening will be a mixture of demonstration and some hands on cooking with lots of tips, talking and tasting.
At the end of the session we will share a meal of all the dishes we have made served with selected organic wines and juices. You will receive a folder of all of the recipes made so you can recreate them at home.
