Middle Eastern Evening Workshop
This evening class will introduce the spices, flavours and delicious cooking of the Middle East with a selection of our favourite recipes, such as:
- Zataar spice blend
- Fatayer pastries filled with Broad Beans and Feta
- A delicious Freekah and Herb Salad
Middle Eastern cookery uses abundant fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables - a perfect cuisine for the British summertime.
This evening will be a mixture of demonstration and some hands on cooking with lots of tips, talking and tasting.
At the end of the session we will share a meal of all the dishes we have made served with selected organic wines and juices. Plus, you'll take home a folder of all of the recipes we made so you can continue cooking Middle Eastern food at home.
