Mezze Evening Workshop
Spend an evening learning to create delicious vegetarian Mezze. Mezze is a term which refers to small dishes which are traditionally served across the Mediterranean and Middle East.
We will make Zhatar (a frangrant mix of nuts, spices and herbs) Imam Biyaldi (rich roasted aubergine and peppers), Muhamarra (a dip made from peppers, nuts and bread), Kibbeh, roll traditional flatbreads and also learn how to use traditional spices and flavours. The class is a mixture of demonstration and some hands on participation.
During the evening you will be given tasters of the dishes made and a main meal with specially selected organic wine or fruit juice. You will be given a recipe file of all the dishes made so you can recreate them at home.
