Masterclass with Mark Evans of Cafe Maitreya
This Masterclass is a great opportunity to learn from one of the best chefs championing vegetables.
Mark aims to help you bring out the best of early spring flavours with some staple techniques such as light soufflés with a twist; making an alternative pesto with wild garlic and a solid baked main course with a balanced yet unusual flavour combination.
The course will also include an ice cream workshop with a classic crème anglaise, and a light sorbet which is all about depth of flavour.
The day will culminate in the making of the forgotten classic ‘bombe Alaska’.
