Green Seasons - Autumn Recipes
For the Green Seasons Autumn course, we will choose recipes with
robust flavours, with bright orange squash, sweet sweetcorn, earthy
wild mushrooms, aromatic quince and fat juicy purple figs.
We will show you how to make the most of a dazzling array of
different squash and wild mushrooms.
We could make slow roasted peppers with smoky chickpeas, wild
mushroom ramekins with stilton souffle hats, fragrant quince
tagine, smoky squash and haloumi salad followed by an apricot &
hazelnut baklava, a damson frangipane tart & some excellent
English wine to accompany our meal.
