Green Seasons - Half Day Workshop

If you have a busy life and can’t fit in a full day’s cookery workshop, but still want ideas for improving your cooking, our short courses are for you. The workshops run from 10.00am-2pm, ideal for the school run, fitting in with busy schedules or for those of you lucky enough to be on holiday in Bath. We will cover approximately five dishes which will give you new ideas and recipes for cooking at home, together with tips for presentation, preparation and storage.

Our Green Seasons courses aim to make seasonal cookery inspiring and delicious and are packed with chefs tips and ideas to improve your cookery. Menus and ingredients will vary depending on what is in season but will include dishes such as asparagus and local cheese tarts, Spring vegetable soups, sauces, simple breads and delicious puddings

You can taste everything made on the day and will share a meal at the end of the workshop. The class is a mixture of demonstration, hands on and group work and you will receive a recipe file at the end of the day so that you can recreate the dishes at home.

Cost: £75 per person from 10.00am - 2pm

Come to a course of three Green Seasons - Half Day Workshops (we will do different Seasonal recipes each time) for a 10% discount
