This new course will help you plan a weeks worth of family suppers, all the recipes are simple to make, the ingredients seasonal and easy to source. We will make dishes with our favourite seasonal vegetables, which can be prepared quickly, or made in advance. Lots of guidance for planning your cooking to incorporate quick preparation, along with slow cooking techniques. We will also focus on essential store cupboard ingredients and chefs tips to save time and increase your confidence in the kitchen.
