Join Helen for a creative, festive day. Packed full of ideas for hand made edible Christmas gifts for your friends and family.
This is a hands-on creative workshop which will include making your edible gifts, and packaging and labelling them beautifully. The gifts we make and package on the day will be yours to take away in a basket.
The recipes we make will include Cranberry relish, Lemon & rose Infused vinegar, Cranberry Gin, German Ginger biscuits, Apricot mince pies with pistachio marzipan, Chocolate Florentines with spicy peanut Praline, Boozy chocolate truffles.
Learn how to temper chocolate, sugarwork and preserving techniques.
We will inspire you to make foods that will add festivity to your Christmas table as well as making beautiful Christmas gifts.
We will provide a vegetarian lunch with organic wines or juices.
