Family Food - Half Day Workshop

If you have a busy life and can’t fit in a full day’s cookery workshop, but still want ideas for improving your cooking, our short courses are for you. The workshops run from 10am-2pm, ideal for the school run or fitting in with busy schedules. We will cover approximately five dishes which will give you new ideas and recipes for cooking at home, together with tips for presentation, preparation and storage.

In this workshop we will cook meat free versions of family classics which will be loved by adults and children alike. We will make a variety of dishes including hand made Pies and Veggie Burgers, and a naughty but nice Pudding: ingredients will vary depending on what is in season. 

You can taste everything made on the day and will share a meal at the end of the workshop. The class is a mixture of demonstration, hands on and group work and you will receive a recipe file at the end of the day so that you can recreate the dishes at home.

Cost: £75
