Dinner Party Food to Impress with Demuths head chef Richard Buckley

Demuths Head Chef Richard Buckley will show you how to raise your next dinner party to restaurant standards using professional chef techniques and tricks.

He will teach all of the planning skills and cooking wizardry that allows chefs to get complex restaurant food to the table in minutes flat and will make your dinner parties a pleasure not a stress.

Dishes will vary with seasonal availability but are likely to include highlights from the demuths menu such as smoked cheddar soufflé with red wine poached figs, salt baked root vegetables, silky smooth purees, cider poached apples, panna cotta with poached rhubarb as well as including detailed lessons in preserving the green in herbs and vegetables, balancing your flavours on the plate and how to use chocolate like a pro.

The day will include demonstrations and lots of hands on cooking, we will taste as we cook and finish the day with a three course meal which you will have cooked with organic wine or local apple juice. You will receive a pack of all of the recipes we have made and leave with lots of ideas and tips for how to create your perfect dinner party at home.
