Chinese Takeaway Evening Workshop
This evening class will show the secrets of how to recreate Chinese Restaurant classics at home. We will show you how to prepare a delicious Chow Mein, how to use Bamboo Shoots, Water Chestnuts, Tofu and Beansprouts and essential Chinese store cupboard ingredients. We will prepare a delicious Dim Sum of Shitake wontons with a Soy and Chilli Dipping Sauce, Szechuan Tofu with Pak Choy and the perfect Egg Fried Rice.
The evening will be a combination of demonstrations and hands on cookery and our tutors will show you how to use and where to source authentic Chinese ingredients. The evening will finish with a delicious meal which you will have created, all served with organic wines or juices. You will be given a pack of recipes so that you can recreate the dishes at home.
