Bonfire Night Feast & Firework Display

Come and join us for this unique day of cookery followed by fireworks, champagne and a feast which you will have made.

Here at the Vegetarian Cookery School we have the best views in town of Bath's biggest firework display. This year's event is a joint event organised by the Bath Rotary Club in collaboration with Bath University's Students’ Union fundraising group RAG (Raise and Give).

This special day will include using the best seasonal ingredients such as squash, wild mushrooms and quinces to create a menu which is perfect for dinner parties or special meals.
It will be hands on day, We will teach you how to make the best wild mushroom bruschetta, fresh pasta and filled Autumnal ravioli, a piping hot spicy Tagine with harissa, a show stopping melting middle chocolate puddings with roasted quinces in honey and more....
This day will start at 2pm for an afternoon of hands on cookery, tea & cake followed by a three course meal and, of course, fireworks with pudding and a glass of bubbly.

The Firework display begins at 8.15pm so we anticipate the meal ending at around 9pm.
So if you fancy one of the highlights of the Bath calendar combined with a day of cooking with our experienced chefs book now!

As this is a special event with fireworks there would be a possibility for a guest to join for the supper and fireworks at 7.30
