Bath on a plate Evening Workshop

Bath has so much to offer of locally produced vegetables, cheeses, breads, juices and wine. This is a special evening class using all local ingredients and all from local producers.

Come along and learn more about what you can create with local seasonal produce with our experienced chefs. The class will be demonstration and some hands on cooking - we will make a selection of dishes which will depend very much on what produce is at its best on the day. We will be using cheeses from Homewood Farm and locally grown fruit and vegetables as well as some wild ingredients.

Our recipes will be selected from the Cookery School and Demuths Restaurant and will consist of a three course meal which we will share at the end of the session, along with local juice or specially selected wines from our local organic wine merchants Vintage Roots.

You will receive a pack of recipes at the end of the session so that you can recreate the dishes at home.

Time: 6.30pm - 9.00pm

Cost: £45
