Andalucian Tapas Evening Class
Spend an evening from 6.30pm till 9pm learning to cook the best vegetarian tapas from the south of Spain.
With its Moorish influence and abundant natural produce Andalucían cuisine is some of the most delicious in Europe. During the evening we will make a wide range of tapas, including the perfect Tortilla de Patatas, Pimientos del Padron, Paella Verde and Empanadillas. The class is a mixture of demonstration and some hands on participation.
You can sample local Manzanilla Sherry and learn chef’s tips and techniques from Jo Ingleby, who spent years living and cooking in Spain.
During the evening you will be given tasters of the dishes made and a main meal and pudding with specially selected organic wine or fruit juice. You will be given a recipe file of all the dishes made so you can recreate them at home.
