Course Information
For everyone from beginners through to accomplished home cooks, these courses provide inspiration and ideas that are easily achievable in your own kitchen with the emphasis on simplicity and fun.
Each day course has a maximum of 16 people and we aim to cook around 10 different dishes on each day.
The classes are relaxed with a mixture of hands on cooking, helpful tips and ideas and demonstrations by experienced chefs. Unlike cookery schools which go "back to school" with individual cooking stations we cook together, and eat together, with plenty of time to taste the food and wine.
